How do I refer a deal?
Contact us by phone or email with basic deal details — property type, location, loan amount, and borrower background. We'll assess the deal and confirm whether we can proceed before collecting any client information.
When do I get paid?
Referral fees are paid at closing directly from our broker fee. You receive your portion at the same time we receive ours — no chasing invoices.
Do I need to be licensed to refer deals?
In most states, referring a deal to a licensed broker (us) without performing broker services yourself does not require a license. However, we recommend verifying your state's requirements. We can guide you through this.
What if my client has challenging credit?
Challenging credit is often where we shine. We have access to hard money, bridge, and non-bank lenders who focus on asset quality rather than borrower credit. Refer the deal — let us assess it.
Can I co-broker with you?
